With our IT security maintenance and support services, we offer you technical support, on-call service, as well as maintenance and application support – around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our maintenance and support services can be billed on a time and material basis or with a managed service contract. Response and troubleshooting timeframes are contractually defined in advance via service level agreements.
Our 24/7 service desk consists of experienced and certified IT security engineers who are available for you from Switzerland in German and English around the clock and on various channels. Our team is ITIL v4 certified and holds all required vendor certifications. Even if the manufacturer needs to be involved in a support case, we can still act as a single point of contact.
